Beijing Visa-free Policy

Beijing offering 24-144-hours(53countries) visa -free transit for the foreign visitors with third -country visas and transit at BeiJing.

Accroding to the regulattions of Ministry of Public Security of the People`s Republic of China, foreign visitors who meet All the following requlations could apply for the visa-free tranist; Beijing offers 144-hour visa-free transit for foreign visitors with third country visa and transit at Beijing.

Foreign visitors ,who hold passport issued by the countrieson the 144-hour viisa -free transit Policy List and stay in Beijing for transit for up to 144hours, could apply for a visa -free transit stay in China at the immigration inspection authority at Beijing Captial International Airport. This Policy only applicable for foreignvisitors who inter into,stay in and leave from Beijing.

Holding passport issued by the following listed 53countries:

Autria  Belgium  Czech Republic  Denmark  Estonia  Finland  France  Germany  Greece  Hungary  Iceland  Italy 

Latvia  Lithuania  Luxembourg  Malta  Newsland  Poland  Portugal  Slovakia  Slovenia  Spain  Swden  Switzerland  Russia  the Unitied Kingdom  Ireland  Cyprus  Bulgarian  Romania  Ukranie  Serbia  etc.

How To Get the Visa-free Permit

1. How do we get the “Visa-free Permit” and where to meet our guide?

Please follow below instructions if your flight landing at the Beijing Airport Terminal3.

Step 1: When you get off the airplane please follow the sign “Exit, Baggage Claim”. Please keep walking until you see “China Inspection and Quarantine”. (The opposite of the boarding gate NUMBER 11)

Please DO NOT stop on the way, such as: “Exit & Entry Certificate Service Office” and “Transit for international Flights within 144 hours”. You might never be allowed to come out.

Step 2: Please walk through the “China Inspection and Quarantine”, you can get the “Visa-free Permit Stamp” at “24/144-hour International Transfer (Apply for Leaving Airport)” (Please see the picture I).

Step 3: After you get the Visa-free permit, please follow the que at the right side to get though the immigration (Please see the picture II).

Step 4: After you pass through the immigration, there is an escalator. Please follow the escalator downstairs. Then you will see a little train station.

Step 5: Please get on the train, there are 2 stops please get off the train at the terminal station (T3 C).

Step 6: Get off the train at “T3 C”, follow the sign “Exit” you will see Exit “B“. Pass through the Exit “B”, there is a MAAN COFFEE to the right. Our guide will hold your name and wait you there.

Please follow below instructions if your flight landing at Beijing Airport Terminal 2.

Step 1: When you get off the airplane take a escalator up please follow the sign “Exit, Baggage Claim“. Please keep walking until you see “China Inspection and Quarantine“.

Please DO NOT stop on the way, such as:“Transit for international Flights within 24 hours”; “Entry Visa”; “Visa Application”. You might never be allowed to come out.

Step 2: Please walk through the “China Inspection and Quarantine” follow the yellow arrow on the ground “144-Hour Visa-free Transit“. At the “CHINA IMMIGRATION INSPECTION” there are several access for “Foreigners“, please go through those access. And then you can get the “Visa-free Permit Stamp“.

Step 3: Continue follow the sign “Exit, Baggage Claim“ take an elevator down you will see “CUSTOMS“, through the “CUSTOMS” you will see the “STARBUCKS COFFEE” right on the opposite. Our tour guide will hold your name and waiting for you in front of the STARBUCKS COFFEE.

According to our experience, the location of “Visa-free Permit Stamp” might change. If you can not find it, please do not hesitation to consult with the airport staff.
